What Do Yachtspeople Really Want?

All too often, it seems, actions are taken by both the public and private sector which impact the yachting industry — without much in-depth understanding of who the “customers” of that industry are and what their wants are.

The Caribbean Marine Association — the umbrella body for national recreational marine trades associations in the region — has designed a survey form to try to collect data from which governments, the business community and ultimately the yachties themselves can all benefit. We share a copy here.
